Here are some Policies we hold in place to protect both our company and our consumer

PRIVACY POLICY
We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission. If you have purchased from our site or subscribed to one of our newsletters, or entered a contest, we may update you via e-mail of special offers periodically.

ORDER POLICY
You are required to provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date) on the order form. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with you.

RETURN POLICY
ATJ Shop offers you a full refund as a store credit on any merchandise returned to us within 3 days of recieving as long as an RMA form is requested and completed. Buyer will be responsible for s&h fees when returning and no s&h fees will be refunded (this includes original s&h fees). All returned items must be in original condition and unused. Tags must still be on items. ATJ Shop has the right to refuse any and all returns sent either (1) without an RMA, (2) after the 3 day grace period, (3) in used or unsatisfactory conditions. Damaged during delivery items will be exchanged for same item.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed unless promotional code is entered. All products are usually processed and shipped from our facility within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. You can always check the shipping costs in your shopping cart before making a payment.
